Destemming is followed by 8/10 days of maceration in 30 hl thermo-scheduled vasts; aging in 30 hl oak barrels for 12 months.

Deep ancient pink with light ruby red veins. On the nose raspberry, rose petals, cardamom. In mouth mineral, officinal herbs, white pepper. The finish is intense and sapid.
